2，4noggins是提供直邮中国服务的，就是常规注册填写方式，细节我忘了，你仔细找找；
3，顺便回答一下关于在SP下单丢包的处理办法，去信沟通过了，对方回复如下：
With the first class shipping deliveries can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to be received with the Postal Service. If you have not received it after the 12 weeks has passed, we can then either send you a replacement order or a refund to your credit card.

SP的first class最终是11天到货，从下订单之日算是14天，隔了周末和一天时差。COJ从下订单算是5天。
从订单in process到USPS in transit, COJ(当天)完胜SP(三天)
从USPS IN TRANSIT到收货，first class在11天，priority约3天；国内段两个都是EMS执行，送到门，不在家会连续几天留言。第一个件商家忘写几号楼了，多跑了一次，而且邮政的快递很负责，小区里问了很多人才找过来的。第二个件家里没人，在信箱的报纸上留言写了电话。
这次对中国邮政的服务大为改观，完全不像意识里的国企形象，还是很贴心的。
