请教村长，这个要什么价位的才有用？

其实入门高性价比的也能用，各人的标准不太一样，多说无益免得有歧视使用万物入门版的朋友之嫌 …… 反正我向来建议无论添置什么，只要觉得有信心玩下去用下去，就直接登顶，这样不费脑筋省时间而且往往还省钱。很有些人无论整什么，眼光都习惯性放在性价比三个字上，这样见识眼界永远上不去，很多事物真追究起来其实像没玩过似的这是真正的悲哀。

建议大家买 D34 吧，上面我贴这个 OC20 用下来发现不适合出外时便携，当然要是短途不充电的话也并无不可。喷水嘴其实可有可无，据说是设计给有智齿倒生的人用比较好，我拔掉了所以也用不着。OC20 就是阵仗大些可玩性高些。D34 主机还多一种模式，我看不错，OC20 用坏或者随手送朋友我会买 D34.  

无论是什么，都没有压倒性最好别家不要活的品牌。每个牌子都有它的优缺点，或者说风格特点。找个升上神坛看着感觉不错的牌子，上个老顶老二最起码老三，基本错不了，用起来再说。等摸透了这一个牌子的性格脾性，再回头看竞争品牌的同级，其实基本也就看懂各品牌差异、成专家了。有谁天生什么都懂呢？都是自己摸石头过河摸索出来的。

My wife is an obsessive teeth cleaner, brushing at least four or five times a day.
Apart from that, flossing is also very important, to get rid of food debris along the gum line.
Needless to say, this sort of habit rubs off on me also.

Every year,  I have 4 regular  dental appointments  apart from scaling and cleaning,  I also highlight to my dentist that I am a heavy smoker, he checks my teeth, tongue and everywhere in my mouth for any abnormalities.  

We have only 1 set of teeth, once it is gone, you cannot get it back.  Dentures are uncomfortable, implants are very expensive and somehow,  not really like the real thing.  Food will taste different with dentures,  with missing teeth, you cannot enjoy a lot of food.

We are using Philips's Diamondclean sonic toothbrush.  

Just place the toothbrush in the glass rinsing cup after each use and it will recharge  by induction so no plugging in wire.  The
travel case acts as a charger by usb/mini-usb cable.

Philips的电动牙刷（超声振动，2分钟,三频率）并不能解决问题，我用了这样牙刷2支，共8个可换的刷头，已经用三年了，当然不是电子显示的那种，但振动频率是一样的，对我来说效果有限。烟草导致的还有点作用，茶渍更难清除，当然了，牙齿光滑，清理起来没有多大问题，如果表面不光滑，用什么都解决不了，除非洗牙。但经常洗牙又对牙齿有损害，真是两难的选择，要想美观，就得戒烟、戒茶。本人倒不太担心，因为本人是四环素牙齿，吸烟喝茶也看不太清楚。再说了都已经这样了，想美也美不了。
