自己抽斗，让老婆闻二手烟废气似乎不妥吧，虽说船长的废气香了点，让人可以接受，但是这二手烟可是有毒的，对尊夫人身体没好处，只有坏处。

一般人對所謂二手煙的危害有著根本上的誤解
正因為關心家人健康，所以我們才要改抽煙斗，因為煙斗產生的煙氣跟捲煙產生的煙氣性質上非常不同。
煙斗的煙絲炮製多為風乾法（Air-Cured）、日曬法（Sun-Cured）及明火烘烤法（Fire-Cured），因此燃燒出來是鹼性煙氣、呈現分子狀，因此所謂的（有害物質）不會直接侵襲肺部，而是由口腔黏膜吸收，其實要是跟燒香禮佛、烹煮三餐的油煙、交通、工業廢氣比起來，煙斗的煙氣對人體的危害根本微不足道。
而捲菸的煙絲炮製多為熱風管法（Flue-Cured），因此燃燒後的煙氣為酸性，且呈離子狀，就算你只是點燃放在旁邊不抽，它依然可以直接入侵你的肺部，相信斗友們都可以體會得出來捲煙的煙氣是有攻擊性的。

Flue cured tobacco has a low ph, high sugar content & medium to high nicotine content.
Fire cured tobacco has a low ph, low sugar content & high nicotine content.
Air cured tobacco has a high ph, low sugar content & variable nicotine content.
Sun cured tobacco has a high ph, low sugar content & the nicotine levels are determined by climatic conditions high in dry climates low in wet climates.
When flue cured tobacco is burnt the PH will continue to become progressively more acidic whereas air/fire/sun cured tobacco becomes progressively more alkaline.
The PH directly affects the way the nicotine will enter your body. In tobacco with a low PH the nicotine is ionized & will travel down to your lungs & is absorbed there. In tobacco with a high PH the nicotine is not ionized & is easily absorbed by the mucous membranes in your mouth. |
