这东西其实各种颜色都有，埋得越久越黑。试过，觉得一般般，不会比石楠好。可能因为我尝试的是Mummert做的关，这是一个玩表面功夫，斗做得工业味道浓厚但是烟道做的不上道的一个人。另外，这个材料很大的问题是各向异性而且本身比石楠更脆，所以会遇到斗钵某个方向容易掉渣的问题。我这把和另一个朋友的Prammer都出现了这个问题。

少见多怪了。跟煤炭的原理一样（见过炼焦都知道），木色这种是半炭化还没有熟透。

有过2把Paulo Becker的morta斗，u v斗型各一。透气性极强，快干可一日数斗。本人嗜好V草，morta的极好透气性却削弱V草湿氤带来的层次感，比石楠木高温也使烟草味道有所改变。另外就是morta斗烟草味道残留也相对重，适宜一斗一草。

这个材质给我的感受也差不多是这样的，所以大家一致公认这个材质更适合L草。抽V草的话斗钵一定要大才像点样子。

I have 8 morta pipes .

I  use it with English blend,  I tried many times smoking Virginia blend but the results are disappointing  as the flavor is diluted.  Morta pipes are very absorbent.

The maintenance of the  pipe is another issue,  Morta is fragile.

Do not use any metal in the smoke chamber to ream out the cake,  it is very unlikely that your pipe will survive a few times of rough swabbing with a pipe knife or pipe reamer,

I suggest using sandpaper.
