She amended my .htaccess and we were trying to solve a problem, but the section got frozen, maybe due to we using too much time on this.

Please allow me further describe what's going on: about a week ago I got a TOC, then we solved it by lowering the Google Bot crawler rate. We're used to that. But after the reassessment and the site being up again, I realized all the static pages were all dead in the forum system. I didn't tweak or amend anything. It must be something lost during the TOC suspension. When I tweak the pages to pure dynamic pages in the backstage, it's all right. But as soon as I make it static with the thread index or view page, like http://bbs.pipevillage.org/forum-5-1.html , we got 404. After Sanash's amendment, we got redirected to forum index page as always.
Thank you, but the symptom remained the same ... I'm afraid. The screenshot shows the top index page of the forum, not the sub forums like http://bbs.pipevillage.org/forum-5-1.html
For instance, there're 5 sub forums within Elon Musk's forum: Tesla, Boring Company, SpaceX, etc.
When we click into SpaceX, we're supposed to see the threads talking about the rockets, not the top index page seeing Elon's funny face.
That's the problem we see now. It's after Sanash's amendment. Step one could be restore it to what before I seeked help a few minutes ago before Sanash.

If we won't loss anything, it sounds promising. But all these were caused after the TOC, and I didn't amend anything on the server before or after the TOC. Can you please waive the $25 for this probably legitimate reason?
You can check the log. I just tweaked Google's Admin Console lowering the crawler rates to minimum, not the server files at all.
