Hello Thank you for your order. The FDA requires us to verify a customer’s age. Our system was not able to verify your age through public records. To process your order, we need you to submit a picture of your Photo ID.

We can accept a State or Government issued Photo ID. Once we have a copy of your ID, it will be saved to your account file and you will not need to provide it again. You can respond to this email with the picture as an attachment or send it to our email at info@smokingpipes.com.

这该怎么办呢？钱也扣了。我倒是把我的身份证反正面发过去了。。。5点多下的单，状态一直是未处理，会不会一直不给我发货呢？
