2009/9/29 前前后后下单1周多了居然没看见任何物品被寄出的消息,决定去信询问

There was a problem with our backorder system and it was not notifying us correctly, if it had, I would have contacted you immediately. I contacted you as soon as I was made aware of the backorder.
