Cupojose汇购烟草被拖延4个月之久

小弟是5月21日下的单，当时的记录是:

   然后我就开始了漫长的等待，好在身边还有不少优质余草就没太在意，中间我新开了公司，忙着业务的运作就没太在订单的事情，直到今天早上，收到了银行发过来的信用卡扣款信息：316.95美元，我迅速检查了Email,Cupojose来了封邮件，内容如下：


   Thank you for your order. A copy of your invoice is attached. We do not include it with the shipment. Your
items have been shipped via Global Express mail and will normally arrive in 7-10 days. Occassionally, items may be inspected by customs and may not arrive for up to 30 days or longer.You can track the parcel at www.usps.com
The tracking number will be email to you separately. It will take a couple of days before you can check
it.
The shipping charge for the package is $67.00
   All fees and duties imposed by any foreign government are the responsibility of the purchaser and must
be paid as demanded by the governing authority. Please be familiar with the laws and policies inside
your country. We cannot be responsible for items confiscated, destroyed, lost, or damaged by any
customs department. All responsibilty for shipments outside of the US lies with the purchaser.
If your package is stopped by customs, and you refuse the package, or customs does not allow the
package into the country, as soon as we receive it back we will issue credit for the itmes with a 10%
restocking charge.
Packages can take 4-6 to arrive back to us.

LZ还得继续等待, 因为文中提及的种种除外责任的风险还是由你承担的. 所以LZ的包裹还得排除万难最后才能到达你手上啊. 哈哈哈....

国外网购就是太麻烦啊, 最好是有人去, 带回来比较方便.

Cup这家是空手道邮购公司，貌似货品齐全，只要你下单，就很有可能被告知没货，但不会扣你的钱，直到有时再扣，接下来就是慢长的等待，我想这时Cup会找货。我也有两次经历，最近一次到现在已过三月还遥无音信。无奈! SP这家可以，从下单到收到不出两星期。

我想LZ可能不太常跟国外的网站买东西，所以有这种抱怨，这样的作法其实反而合理，而且，SP也会出槌，而且出了槌，你就很麻烦了。
首先，你订的东西缺货了，L老饼缺很久了，所以你订单下了，他们没货，就不跟你扣款，直到有货了，确定可以寄出了，才扣。从扣钱起大概十天内，你应该会收到货了，所以，你计算人家的延误，是要从扣款起，而不是从下单起。因为人家没扣钱，你也没损失。当然，要撤掉也不难，回封信给他们即可，说订单不要了。
为什麽我说这样比较好呢？是因为烟草的库存，很难做到万无一失，像SP，有回我下了单，他线上即时扣款，然後我左等不到，右等不到，去信询问，才知道我要的东西缺了一样，他们也等。如果在CUPOJOSE，我可以去信说这一项不要，先结帐寄出吧，他们就会调整价钱，扣款发货。但在SP就不行了，或要麻烦一点换成同价钱的东西，因为他钱已经先收了，也处理掉了。
CUPOJOSE或是SP的模式目前都有，我个人是较喜欢C的方式，有弹性。
所以，你了解了後，下回就会明白，计算送货日期，是从扣款起算。

谢谢诸位经验老道斗友的意见，小弟长假期间，又从橱柜底部搜出一盒L饼，还是去年不知什么时候备的遗忘版，打开一抽，哎~好日子呀
    继续耐心等待，以后找我美国的堂姐打个电话问问有没有现货再下手，再次感谢诸位
