here is one very special pipe form uptowns smokeshop in the US.  Im no fan of Tommaso Spanu and this is no advertising, but i really found this piece to be quite unique indeed.

A very unique pipe indeed, but to spent about US$400 on something that will probably be uncomfortable in the hand is rather unworthy.
