Fill the bowl ?full and pack tightly.

After these two initial bowls, smoke as you please.
请翻译一下. 大致意思是开斗是利用前两斗，要点是要把草加满斗钵并且压紧，而且一抽到底，这样能保证以后斗的正常使用。第三斗开始就可以随心所欲了。
我想这个意思是前两斗填满压紧能保证缓慢燃烧，使得炭化慢速而全面，一抽到底估计是可以让炭化程度均匀，呵呵，一家之见，请各位指正。
