看好Chacom 黑白内衬海泡石 这一款烟斗 求大神指教 附图

That said....
I found some new " old" unsmoked from a German seller on Ebay, runs about 15-20 bucks, depending on the auction you find.I would suggest to avoid "used" ones, as the used ones may not be in good condition.This type of pipe need patience and a light hand to maintain and clean.
Since Meerschaum lined pipes are " pressed" meerschaum, there are also different quality meer lining.
You can also consider Vauen from Germany...
However, if you really like the Chacom... I say go for it.

我有一只华云的类似斗。首先，由于表面涂漆，烟斗散热不是很好，导致烟气温度很高。其次，内层海泡石是粉压制的，吸水性能本就不好，而且会越来越差。再次，内壁很难清理，用通条、湿巾、面纸、无纺布、医用纱布、药棉……都擦不干净，总感觉脏兮兮的。最后，据说用久了内壁会脱落。
