I have gone ahead and refunded a total of $<SNIP>to

shipping.So, please let me know when she gets the
package and we can then go in and charge here for the
tobacco.If not then at least she did not pay
anything for the tobacco and we just lost that money.
I hope you can see that we are trying to straighten
out everything.We don't normally have any troubles
like this but it did seem than many things happened
all at once.I hope this clears up everything else at
this time.I have responded to everyone and we had
one more order yesterday that told us he was shorted
on his tobacco and I sent out the shorted amount
yesterday as well.I believe all is taken care of.I
did fill out this form already at the post office but
like I said they will not do anything about it.So, I
won't waist any more of our time or yours doing this
again.

斗大了一號煙草雖然又寄錯了但是還好是同一牌子

Thanks for clearing up all the misunderstanding.

I've make an verbal agreement with <SNIP> that she'll email both you
& me if she received the package.

I've get feedback from Joseph that he have received the package,
the pipe is of the wrong size, and a wrong tin of tobacco, anyway he's
willing to accept it and close his issue.

For curiosity sake, did all this mess came from the same country? Was
the order place at around the same period?

This conclude my involvement between you and your client.

可否由那位仁兄去函K公司查詢他們寄出的郵包上面是否註明To: Taiwan,China

果真是這樣的話,很可能那些郵包目前正在中國大陸漫遊中。
記得在歐洲工作時,就曾經發生多起這類的事件。因為一些國家的郵局弄不清中國和台灣的地理位置不同,因此航空郵寄或是陸空聯運時,是將包裹送上[飛往中國大陸的航班]上。。。
