【求助】pipesandcigars不能选usps吗？

在pipesandcigars购物，选择货运方式时，选择了usps,结果被系统告知The location chosen or the shipping method you've selected are currently unavailable, choose another shipping method or contact our customer service for assistance.
选择ups就没问题，奇怪了，为什么不能选usps呢?是哪里操作错误？望有经验的大大帮助啊。

没跟美国快递签约或……？总之另选途径就是了，何必一棵树上那什么呢？

ups要47美元,和草价格差不多了,好像村里有人在此网店走过usps.
