关于在smokingpipes上网购的经历
2009/9/29 前前后后下单1周多了居然没看见任何物品被寄出的消息，决定去信询问Dear Smokingpipes,
Could you advice on the shipping ID, so that I can know when I will get them（Order Number 91363 & Order Number 91610).

There was a problem with our backorder system and it was not notifying us correctly, if it had, I would have contacted you immediately. I contacted you as soon as I was made aware of the backorder.

赞一个!!! 凡事就应该讲个理, 不争反而让人小瞧了. smokingpipes網站如果你購買煙草數超過庫存量之前碰到的經驗是...在你點選數量時系統會主動告知現存數量
所以蠻有可能是系統出了問題
不見得是他們找藉口
個人已經在該網站訂了10來次煙草
並沒有碰過樓主的問題
大概是運氣比較好吧 国庆那天在SP下单，线上支付。2号那天发EM说SG的共和国没货了，余下的草由于量不大，所以订单取消。3号那天发EM说已经退款了。虽然不很开心，不过还能接受。 我在今年初向这家网站买东西，结果货来的时候少了一件，但是包裹被邮局打开过，可能是邮局检查时漏了或暗杠掉，不过我还是给他们发信通报这个事情，并老实说我也不确定是不是他们的问题，结果下一次订货他们就把货补给我了。
感觉老美做生意很讲信誉，并且以相信客户为前提，不像国内网购，有什么问题就要有证据，有了证据还要辩解甚至耍赖。。。。
